Ryan Wells, AICP, CFM is currently a Director of Planning and Development Services for the City of Fate, Texas. He has over 20 years of public, private, and non-profit sector experience. Over the past nine years Ryan has managed municipal planning, community development, and development services programs in Texas and Oregon. Ryan previously worked as a consulting planner for a multidisciplinary consulting firm, and prior to that spent many years as a land conservation and restoration project manager for multiple non-profit organizations in northern California. Ryan is a graduate of Humboldt State University (now Cal Poly Humboldt) in Arcata, California.
