Mr. Farnsworth is the Planning Manager for the City of Yorba Linda, California. He has been in the planning profession since 2001 and has spent most of his planning career in Orange County, California. Mr. Farnsworth has served as the Chair and Vice Chair for the Orange County Council of Governments Technical Advisory Committee and has participated as a Mentor in the Orange County APA Planning, Education, Experience and Leadership program since 2017. He also is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of California since 2014. Mr. Farnsworth serves as a Director on one of largest master-planned communities in California.
