Jarom Wagoner, ACIP
Mayor of Caldwell, Idaho
Mayor Jarom Wagoner was born in Rexburg, Idaho, and graduated from Caldwell High School. He is a graduate of the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Mayor Wagoner is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and was the Senior Planner for the Caldwell Planning & Zoning Department for six years. He has also worked as a transportation planner for Ada County Highway District and as a county planner for Canyon County. Mayor Wagoner is one of the only Mayor's in the country that is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).
Mayor Wagoner also served on the Caldwell City Council from 2019 - 2022 and as an Idaho State Representative in District 10 for three years. He enjoys playing basketball and golf, hunting, and camping. He lives in Caldwell with his wife Lisa, and their three sons Brycen, Braden, and Bryler.
