Midwest Regional Planning Leader at Stantec
Erin Perdu is the current AICP Commissioner from Region IV and she serves as chair of the AICP Ethics Committee. Erin leads the planning group for the Midwest region at Stantec, working from her office in Minneapolis.
She has been a planning consultant for the bulk of her 25-year career but has also worked a couple of stints as a community development director / city planner. As she has moved into management roles, she has hired a wide range of staff people, from interns to senior planners and managers. Erin has worked on everything from code enforcement to comprehensive and strategic plans. Her passions are comprehensive planning, zoning codes, and mentoring other planners.
